I opened an account to make a bet for a couple of £100s. I made the bet, and everything seemed fine but the following day I couldn't log in or recover my password. I got onto chat, and I was told that bet365 had decided to close my account. They didn't give me an explanation why they had closed it while it still had had a live bet, or why they hadn't told me about it. I made a complaint to find out what happened but bet365 just kept repeating that they wouldn't reopen my account - something I didn't ask or care for. They are far from the only betting company around and I wouldn't want to deal with someone who closed my account without saying anything anyway. Beware.

Terrible customer service, agents sound like a robots, zero empaty or willigness to help. Also you have to wait 30, 40 minutes sometimes to reach them cuze of the queue and if you dont answer in 30, 40 seconds, they will end up the chat on you. I rarely contact them to complaing about something, but every time I do, is always a terrible experience. You guys shouls hire people that really wants to be a customer agent.

In past few days I had such a bad experience with bet365 I had four bets and in all of them there was one or more games with no info. And when I went to chat to the customer services as usual they say it happens. In all the bets I had I could of cashed out a large amount of money, therefore I won't be using this betting site any more.

No clue how gambling like this is legal. So extremely predatory. My friend got banned/limited from using it because he was winning too much too often. So essentially they'll keep you around if you have problem gambling tendencies, but if you know what you're doing you'll get banned. My friend was able to at least get his funds out. Such an extremely predatory company, it just makes me sick to think how they'll be people losing everything over and over that they won't go "sorry dude you can't play, it seems you have a problem" but will cut off betters making money consistently. Scum bags. You either lose with Bet365 or you get booted. Don't support them.

Excellent never had a problems in over 10yrs. Often get free bets and other offers. Like the each way extra and usually the best odds. I just use it for sports betting as i generally think casino, slot etc a bit of a scam I prefer something i can use my own judgement

Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. Woke up to this in an email this morning and upon asking for an explanation I was pretty much told to jog on... I won a nice bit of money and I imagine they didn't like it so thought they'd shove me on. Their customer service is rude and rubbish and I'd suggest just on the way they treat their customers that folks either kick gambling altogether or if they really do wanna bet find another more reputable site than these fraudsters!

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USEI've used many Sportsbooks over the years and decided to try Bet365, which is easily the worst I've ever used. Disregarding the terrible formatting/navigation of the website, I've never had so many issues withdrawing my winnings. AND support was ZERO help, not even concerned. Decided to just tackle the issues myself, which took weeks as the site wasn't functioning... It was beyond easy to deposit of course, but I had to try FOUR different bank accounts before it was accepted - unbelievable, I literally had to "Phone a Friend" and use their bank account information. Bet365, enjoy your time as the next Blockbuster. Failing business. Thanks for your free promo money, maybe you should reconsider, because I highly doubt anyone stays with this platform. It's a joke.

Genuinely the worst company I have ever come across. Asked a question through their support chat and they say they decided to shut down my account with no further information. Just a weird, weird company. Trust these reviews.

I cashed out my bet at £213 and half an hour later they took it back and gave me £66, when I contacted them they said the first offer was a mistake, absolute disgrace of a company!
