I had been with this site for years. The casino/games are absolutely awful, spent thousands over the years, most I've cashed out is about 80. The bonuses have always been shocking, I've deposited 400 in one week before and only received a £5 bonus, my sister deposited £5 and received 10. The bonuses happen once in a blue moon aswell. But the reason I've closed my account is because I've been 5 months without having any bonus at all, I went on live chat to see why and the customer advisor was awful, she was rude, blunt and very slow at responding.
