Decent site, unless it's a Saturday or on a busier than normal day. Victim of its own success and has too many customers for its technology infrastructure. Just check twitter and bet down site. Will they spend to improve it or just continue raking in millions for people at the top. As long as people keep betting with them, you know the answer. That apart, quick withdrawal time, good site layout, just unreliable tech infra when it's busy.

Done a bet builder today, Saturday, Watford Vs Brentford. Everything was up, Josh King came on as substitute late on but managed a shot which hit the woodwork of the goals, so it was a shot by Josh King, next thing I know is bet365 voids the bet saying he never played, when in fact he did come on and play and had a shot which made my bet a winning one. Please do not touch this bookmaker Bet365 as this is blatent cheating customers out of winnings. They should be shamed, The least they could have done was check that Josh King came on the park and had a shot. How many other punters lost that in their bet builder. Do not use Bet365.

I closed my account a few years ago but recently reopened it. I have to say it is light years behind most of the major bookmakers so how it can be one of the biggest blows my mind. It is extremely slow to settle bets the website is not very user friendly... stick to betfair or actually anyone else if you want to bet on horse racing or greyhound racing.

False advertising at it’s bestTook the time to join bet365 to place a few bets on the grand national - I only gamble a few times a year and am a member of another online company, but bet365 where offering a free £50 bet when you bet £10 or more. My bet was 10 times this and was given the £50 free bet after the race when everything was settled. I then couldn’t use the free £50 free bet and was told my account had been closed due to the nature of my business….. I questioned this and was told that they no longer wanted me as a customer….. massive scam if they are doing this to everyone…. I never write reviews, but thought this experience needed one to warn others

God forbid you're account be in profit over a year. Long term customer and account restrictions are in place because I've had £700 out of them. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICES.. Use the other big betting sites guys as 365 are a joke.
