I have been trying to deposit through phone pe although my amount is debited from my bank but still it is not reflected on my betway account please help

I have never come across such a pathetic betting site, my money was deposited 24 hours back and there is no phone number to reach Custer service, after long wait I was connected to an agent and they keep telling us thop wait 2-3 hours and the chat gets disconnected, every time you try to reach betway you need wait for ages. This is pure nonsense

I deposited amount to betway account through gpay(bhartipay merchant), the amount has been deducted from Bank account but not getting reflected in betway, contacted customer support of betway and they are like you should contact you bank, but I said I contacted bank and they said that the amount has been transferred to the respected merchant. Now whom we need to ask? #betway

I have to agree with Craig here (under my thread), they are by far the worst bookmaker and would avoid betting there, still waiting for my bet (been over 3 months going into 4th) to be solved. Every single other bookmaker has paid out except Betway. They give me different reasons in live chat to either delay or just not pay, i don't know, however I will not be using this crappy site again and neither should you guys, trust me. Go to Kambi/Bet365/Pinnacle etc it's much better.

I have made a withdrawal of INR2000 and the app is showing it's already paid on 19th October but i haven't received it till date. Please don't trust this app as the customer support is even worst, you will be put in queue and they will never connect to you.

I have been trying to withdraw since May 8th and they are waiting me around. First, they wanted me to send A month-to-month Utility Statement. I told them that my landlord have the utilities on his name. And they asked for bank statements. I sent the bank statements. They e-mailed me saying they still need the utility. They are a joke.

I have registered and deposited money and received the bonus. I bet I won. And a day later my account was blocked. Very bad. I can't miss it. This is pure rip off. If I had lost everything would be fine. If you win, you will be banned.
