@bet365 on new app, bets been settled as placed and returned as placed but balance still not showin

Bet 365 ******* me over in the past in relation to their online poker. I vowed never to use them again, 10 years later I decided to give them another chance on their sports betting promotion. And was promptly ******* out of a promised free bet. I have no idea how they have survived so long when they cleary have no concern for their customers, and seem to deliberately post contradicting terms and conditions.

@bet365 - love the app but 2 thoughts + I don't know if you could integrate. Can you show what Class/Grade the race is plse + is there a way you can show either the RPR or Ordinary rating alongside the horse profile? The latter is the reason why I use Ladbrokes a lot more now.

@bet365 Evening just wanted to let you know that your new App is absolutely awful and although I'm a long term, daily customer I will be looking at alternative accounts as a result.

@bet365 I can't believe you have allowed the atrocious new website layout to stay. You must be losing lots of customers because of it. It's simply not fit for purpose and makes other sites more appealing. Shame.
