@bet365 hi guys. any idea what’s wrong with your app? My bet option says I have no bets on when I have put two bets on. No bets in sight with no option to cash out?

@bet365 absolute joke of a company. Deposited £10 into my account and it has came out of my bank, but not appeared in my account, crackpots no wonder I hardly ever use yous

@bet365 i put a bet it didnt go through i close the app and reload my money still there i put the bet on again its put it twice when bet wasnt confirmed.............

@bet365 seriously what is going on with your app and site recently hasn't worked for ages. Log in just fails to load, doesn't recognise login details on one device but does on another. Not a regular user but very frustrating so I'm off to try a different platform.

@bet365 15 years of having account I’m defo down and you just randomly close it. I ring you up and tell me it was because of a managers review. I mean have I done wrong, give you my money for years? Thanks for my custom I was told. Peter Coates what you got to say? Loyalty?

Close my account for no reason. I did win a few times and they sent me emails saying my account closed and can't reopen.. Avoid this stupid casino.

@bet365 app has been pretty poor the last few weeks. Couldn’t watch My Frankel’s race as it just kept presenting an error message saying couldn’t display video. Did the same several times yesterday too. Chuck in the overly clunky ‘want to stay logged in’ feature

@bet365 your apps down again, and website. Just shows loading wheel then if does open has a blank grey panel instead of a menu.
