Customer experience system provider Amdocs has unveiled version 8 of its Amdocs CES suite.
Introduced in Amdocs CES 8 is jNetX, a java-based convergent service platform that synchronizes network services across legacy and IP network elements. Amdox acquired jNetX in October 2009.
jNetX also serves as the service control point for prepaid solutions, managing both credit authorization and account deduction.
The product also includes mobile network planning and design tools tailored to the needs of 3G and LTE networks, and a component designed to offer an information-driven approach to product lifecycle management.
Other returning features include real-time charging support and a universal e-commerce solution.
