The Asia-Pacific data center co-location and managed hosting services market is showing no signs of slowing down after nearly a decade of growth, according to Frost & Sullivan.

The research firm predicts that the market will grow at a CAGR of 14.9% until 2011, by which time the market will be worth over $10.68 billion.

The market grossed an estimated $8 billion in 2009, and is on pace to reach $9.18 billion by the end of this year.

Demand for data center hosting currently exceeds supply in APAC, and over 80% of the major data centers in the region are running at nearly 90% capacity.
