CSG Systems International’s total revenues for the third quarter of 2011 reached $182.8 million, of which 18.2% ($33.3 million) was non-GAAP operating income while 12.5% ($22.8 million)was GAAP operating income.
Non-GAAP earnings per diluted sharewas pegged at $0.58 while GAAP EPS was $0.32.
Cash flows from operations for the quarter were $30.3 million.
CSG repurchased 578,000 shares of its common stock for$7.7 million (weighted-average price of $13.25 per share) under its stock repurchase program.
