Hong Kong cellco CSL said it has selected The Now Factory to supply its Mobile Moments Vantage CEM solution to help optimize the customer experience and increase operational efficiencies.
CSL said it will use Mobile Moments Vantage to gain greater visibility into how its customers experience mobile data services, identify the root cause of performance issues, and “provide the necessary answers to optimize the customer journey in real time” across its LTE and 3G networks.
By measuring the cumulative effect of devices, applications and the network in real time, Mobile Moments Vantage will enable CSL to make informed decisions in optimizing the customer experience across its entire organization, including customer care and network operations, said CSL CTO Christian Daigneault.
“The customer is at the heart of everything we do at CSL. The Now Factory will enable us to understand more clearly how we engage with our customers, and what we can do to deliver an exceptional level of user experience for all our mobile data services,” he said.
