FiberHome Technologies showcased a rich collection of the latest innovations and solutions at the recent CommunicAsia 2013, most of which are on the cutting edge of the telecom industry and have been deployed widely in both China and overseas markets like Southeast Asia. All of these show FiberHome’s powerful capability in combining technology innovations and business successes, with the theme “Broaden Your Future” focused on its brand image.
At the forum, FiberHome featured its one-stop broadband networks solution. Enriched by years of efforts on research and development on broadband networks, FiberHome is capable of providing an end-to-end solution for customers, with ultra-high speed/capacity and flexible optical broadband networking technologies.
Presented at the show were overall solutions for broadband network, such as NG-POTP (next-generation packet optical transport platform), with technologies and products from FTTx platform, metro networks, Smart ODN and Turn-key Service solution as well as terminal products for Home Entertainment Center -- all of which provide a flexible, manageable and powerful network for operators and customers.
Another feature was the “Smart Metro and Backbone Evolution,” relating to the leading technology, solution and products on optical networks. FiberHome showcased the evolved solutions for Optical Networks with highlights, including the 100G, 400G and 1T bit/s OTN platform for optical and ultra-large capacity backbone network, the IP-RAN products for mobile/LTE backhaul, metro Ethernet networks, and the next-generation P-OTN solution. All FiberHome solutions based on packet unified network can embrace IP-tization from the network edge to the core with strong OAM support.
FiberHome also demonstrated its LTE and wireless coverage optimization solutions. With years’ efforts on the R&D of 4G/LTE technologies, FiberHome has developed the LTE networking products with eBBU, eRRU and LTE-Fi terminals. These LTE products have already won the contract from China Mobile Communication Corporation (CMCC) and the LTE network rollout is underway.
Related to this, FiberHome also showcased the comprehensive solutions for wireless coverage optimization solutions, BTS Extension System and antennas products. These are geared to meet customers’ needs for a converged wireless in-building coverage system, with features of easy installation and easy portability.
Besides all these, FiberHome demonstrated some other products for the telecom networks, including a full series of optical fiber and fiber cables, and telecom power supply and new energy solutions, solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems -- all of which are based on a green and sustainable foundation.
