Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications, and Equinix have announced an interconnect deal enabling direct access to Equinix Cloud Exchange via GCX's Cloud X Fusion.
The interconnection arrangement covers 6 major locations including Los Angeles, Ashburn, London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Singapore.
GCX's Cloud X Fusion will deliver enterprise grade connectivity directly to the Equinix Cloud Platform.
The joining of the two ecosystems will enable the ability to extend the reach of the Equinix Cloud Exchange to all 105 Equinix IBX facilities across GCX's privately owned global subsea fiber infrastructure.
