Greenpacket has launched its carrier solution, Infinit Services Management platform, which enables operators to start their own application store at a cost-efficient rate and a faster time to market.
Greenpacket advocates that operators should launch their own application store and increase ARPU from the sale of applications.
“Operators are in a great position to win in the app store business because they're sitting on a wealth of CRM data, direct billing relationships and subscriber base,” said Kelvin Lee, senior general manager of Greenpacket.
Lee said the solution addresses the need for a unified focal point for services and application delivery, and the ability to push relevant services to customers.
