Rainbow has secured a deal with iflix where the latter will offer its subscribers across Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand access to Winx Club, PopPixie and Huntik: Secrets & Seekers, starting August, according to Worldscreen. The content will also be available to subscribers in Indonesia starting January 1, 2016.

Further, iflix has entered into licensing agreements with all four of the top Korean content producers and distributors – KBS Media, iMBC, SBS, and CJ E&M – to offer subscribers “the largest library of Korean entertainment available online.”

The partners claim that this content offering of more than 3,500 hours of English-subtitled Korean content is more comprehensive than any other player on the market, and establishes iflix as the best online destination for Korean television.

Having recently launched in Malaysia and the Philippines, iflix will roll out its service to additional key Southeast Asian markets, including Thailand and Indonesia throughout 2015, offering consumers “one of the largest libraries of top US, Asian regional, and local TV shows and movies available in the region."

Each subscription allows users to access the service on up to five Internet-capable devices include smartphones, tablets, computers, and television sets.
