Social network site MyCube said its co-founder Johan Stael von Holstein has stepped aside as CEO but will remain on the board of directors.
Robert Tobias, MyCube general counsel, will assume the role of interim CEO, while a permanent replacement is sought.
The company has also appointed Patrick de Moustier as chief technical officer, while Tom Alabakis has joined as chief financial officer.
