Telenity said Ilhan Bagoren, its chairman and co-founder, has assumed a new role of CEO at the company.
Bagoren replaced Ahmet Ozalp, who stepped down as CEO early this month and remains as a member of the board.
Bagoren has over 25 years of experience in the telecoms industry.
Before founding Telenity, he was a co-founder of NewNet in 1989 where he managed NewNet's technology and architecture strategy and pioneered new technology developments in computer-centric SS7 signaling and switching.
