Currently, 20% of ACB staff are using a social media platform, 50% are using mobile access for Lync, and mobile access for mail.

The new platform also provides secure access with a single ID and an ability to scale in and out of the cloud freely. It has facilitated an increase in server uptime from 95% to 99.9% and scaled the server capacity utilization.

All customer-centric and sensitive data remain on-premise, while users have the flexibility of a hybrid cloud system.
