Feel free to pass these on to your customers as light hearted entertainment and/or a dire warning of what happens when you don't get your billing system right. Unless the carriers in question are using your billing solutions. In which case, some end users would like a word.

PART 1: LONGEST AMOUNT DUE EVER

ITEM [via Textually]: The Telegraph UK reports that a Malaysian man who canceled his late father's phone line with Telekom Malaysia in January 2007 has been served with a $218 trillion phone bill - with payment due in ten (10) days. Or else. TM says they're looking into it.

[And I thought my first bill after getting a Nokia N95 (HK$1,600) was a shock.]

PART 2: LONGEST BILL EVER

ITEM [via Raw Feed]: Tasty Blog Snack's Justine Ezarik gets her first bill from AT&T after using her new iPhone for a month. No word on how much it set her back but the meticulously itemized bill came to 300+ pages . AT&T had to send it in a box.
