YouSee, a subsidiary of Denmark’s TDC, has renewed a multi-year contract with Sigma Systems that includes licensing, maintenance and support for Sigma Provisioning.
YouSee deployed Sigma Provisioning in 2011 to provision all of its voice and data services, and to replace its existing home-grown system. Sigma Provisioning offers greater efficiency and accuracy for order processing and a faster time to market for new services.
"With Sigma's support, we plan to add more services and subscribers onto the Sigma Provisioning platform and will upgrade to the newest software release," said Jan Smith, VP of TDC Group.
Earlier, Sigma also signed a three-year licensing and support agreement with Technology Networks, which will be merged with J:COM in July.
