After a perfect 9-0 record in European regional circuits, Di Chirico joined the UFC marking his debut with a loss against Bojan Veličković in 2016. The next year he earned a Performance of the Night award with a knockout of Oluwale Bamgbose at UFC on Fox 26. Three losses later and ‘Manzo' pulled the chestnut out of the fire with a knockout of in-form Joaquin Buckley in January 2021. He won the fight in the first round via a head kick knockout winning another Performance of the Night award. Di Chirico is experienced, good on the feet and not averse to grappling when he needs to.
