Former WBA world featherweight champion and now promoter Barry McGuigan assessed the prospects of Oleksandr Usyk in a potential fight with Tyson Fury.
Fury has never fought someone like Usyk. Look at his record and name an opponent like Usyk who has his speed, skill and pace. There aren't any of those out there. Usyk is one of a kind and he will give Fury nightmares, mark my words.

Usyk faced Anthony Joshua in his last fight, which took place in August 2022. This confrontation went the whole distance and ended with Oleksandr winning by a split decision of the judges. The 35-year-old Usyk had 20 wins (13 KOs) and no losses.
The 34-years-old Fury had his last ring appearance on December 4, 2022, when he defeated Derek Chisora by TKO in the tenth round. He has 33 wins (24 KOs) in the professional ring without a single loss.
