Jon Ander Munduate, the press chief of Real Sociedad, has reacted to the call-up of the team's midfielder, Arsen Zakharyan, to the extended squad of the Russian national team.
The Russian team will play friendly matches in Moscow against Serbia (March 21) and Paraguay (March 25).

In the 2023/24 season, Zakharyan played 29 matches in all competitions, registering one assist.
The Russian midfielder's contract with the club from San Sebastian runs until the end of June 2029. The Transfermarkt website values the midfielder at 15 million euros.
