Brazilian UFC fighter Gilbert Burns will face American Neil Magny at UFC 283, scheduled for January 22 in Brazil. This was reported by ESPN reporter Brett Okamoto.
Burns last fight was against the Swede Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 273 in April of this year. In that fight, Gilbert lost by unanimous decision. The Brazilian has 20 wins and five losses under his belt.
Magny last appeared in the octagon against his compatriot Daniel Rodriguez last November at UFC Vegas 64. That fight ended in Neil's favor with a third-round choke. He has 27 wins and nine losses under his belt.
