American mixed martial arts fighter Tony Ferguson is demanding $500,000 from the team of former UFC lightweight champion Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov.
You're still mine, Khabib! You and Ali Abdelaziz owe me over half a million dollars. I'll beat that money out of you because you didn't do business with me right. Never liked killing, but I'll make an exception for you.

Recall that UFC matchmakers have tried five times in the past to bring Khabib and Ferguson together in the octagon, but all their attempts ended in failure.
Ferguson's last fight was against his compatriot Nate Diaz in September 2022 at UFC 279. In that fight, Tony was defeated by a chokehold in the fourth round.
Ferguson came to the ring last May at UFC 274 against fellow countryman Michael Chandler. That fight, which was stopped in the second round, ended in a knockout loss to Tony.
