TOfu said that he did not really like the patch:
It was very necessary to weaken the imbalanced heroes that were in every game, which was mostly done, but it's also a pretty disappointing little patch. It's time to tweak the map a bit. Honestly, I don't like patches that only weaken heroes or provide little change. I want to come up with new things and experiment with the heroes, but there isn't much room for creativity.

On the night of November 21, Dota 2 developers released patch 7.34e. Valve rebalanced many characters and items. However, there were no global changes to the map and other aspects of Dota 2.
MOBA authors revealed that in December 2023 Dota 2 will start the "Frostivus" event, and new Arcana and other skins are to be released in early 2024.
