Barcelona vs Almeria: The Catalans will defeat Almeria again
Barcelona are still second in the La Liga table due to the El Clasico defeat. They have 31 points in the run-up to the round, but past leaders Real Madrid have stumbled, leaving the Catalans just one behind. Almeria are in the second half of the table with 13 points, only three points ahead of the relegation zone.
As for the betting on this match, our preference is Barcelona. The Catalans have an excellent chance to overtake Real Madrid and, at least for a while, become the leaders of the Spanish championship. Plus, they have to make amends for their Champions League exit. Almeria have suffered devastating defeats at the Camp Nou in their last two outings and will surely do so again.
