Udinese are the better side in this clash despite some not-so-convincing displays in their matches, and the fact that they have won four of their last six matches against Empoli gives us reason to believe that they won't succumb to defeat, picking them up in the double chance market to win or draw.

Mainz are currently on a three-match unbeaten run when playing away in this fixture, picking up two wins and a draw—a run they can extend to four matches against a side that has lost three consecutive home matches in the league. As such, we anticipate picking them up in the double chance market to win or draw.

Patrick Vieira's team has picked up three wins, three losses, and a draw from seven matches to accumulate 10 points, placing them in 8th place in the standings, two points behind fifth-placed PSG.

It would not be unfair to say Nantes have partially not had the best of starts this season, as they find themselves languishing in the 13th spot in the Ligue 1 table after seven games having picked up two wins, two draws, and three losses to accumulate eight points.

Their overly heated match against Rennes on the road saw them suffer a convincing 3-1 defeat, halting any possibility of extending their winning run in the league to three matches.

Nantes are winless in their last four matches when playing against Strasbourg, and given that they have won one of their three away matches in the league, there's no doubt that they'll have their work cut out for them in a bid for a favorable outcome, though we do still expect them to find the back of the net in this one.
