In the game that took place on Thursday, Milwaukee scored three points in the seventh inning but was unable to win the game, which ended with a score of 7-3. The final stats for the starter, Janson Junk, were 4.2 innings pitched, four earned runs, seven hits, and two walks. Eric Lauer was expected to get the ball first for the Brewers in this game when it was first scheduled. On the other hand, it appears that Lauer will face Seth Lugo on Saturday instead, which means that Milwaukee's bullpen will likely get more action in this game than usual.

The San Diego Padres are not exactly in top form as evidenced by the fact that they are only capable of winning one of their series against the New York Mets.
