Toronto Blue Jays vs Kansas City Royals Prediction: Blue Jays in the Driving Seat

If you didn't witness the last encounter between Toronto Bleu Jays and Kansas City Royals, then you have certainly missed something very big. In the second game of the series, Blue Jays came back hard at the opposition and ensured that the Royals sank to rock bottom. The 8-1 win over the Royals would have certainly given Blue Jays a sigh of relief. Now the four-match series is balanced at 1-1, making the upcoming game even more exciting and terrific to witness.

Blue Jays are enjoying a decent game form as they were coming off a series win against the Phillies. In the first game, Blue Jays lost a bit of track but ensured that their comeback would be stronger than predicted. In the 8-1 win, Teoscar Hernandez contributed the most, alongside Raimel Tapia and Alejandro Krik. In the pitching corner, it was the brilliance of Alek Manoah who managed to get 6 strikeouts. For the upcoming game, I will be backing Blue Jays to come up with a similar performance from the last game and win the game comprehensively. 

Royals entered the series as a tough and competitive opponent as they were coming off a series win over Detroit Tigers. In the first game, they stunned the crowd at Rogers Stadium by defeating the home side and restricting the score line to 1-3. In the last game, it was a complete flop show by the Royals as they managed to score only 1 RBI. In the pitching corner, Zack Greinke was pretty decent with 3 strikeouts in 4.0 IP.

For the upcoming contest, I will back Toronto Blue Jays to win easily and score at least 5 or more. For Royals, they might struggle in the batting department. We might even witness a home run coming towards the end.
