South Africa vs West Indies Predictions: The teams look very even on paper

South Africa will welcome West Indies in the first game of the three-game T20 series held at SuperSport Park Cricket Stadium. After a 1-1 stalemate in the ODI series and 1-1 again in the T20 Series so far, the teams will be looking to dominate in the last game of the series and get the much-desired victory. Who will win?

South Africa has performed well with the new T20 permanent captain Aiden Markram in the first two games. He took over the captaincy from Temba Bavuma after leading his side Sunrisers Eastern Cape to SA20 2023 glory. The team will be looking to go and make a name for themselves after losing out on the ODI series after a third-game defeat. The South Africans lost the first game of the series only to bounce back and make the highest score in the second game in T20s ever. The team chased down 258 runs in 20 overs and it was the highest run chase in T20 ever.De Kock is in good form and has 100 runs to his name in the last game. Aiden Markram is in good touch with both bat and ball and it will be interesting to see if he brings that form in the T20 series. South Africa will be soaring high with their win in the second T20 and will look to keep this momentum going in the final game of the series.

West Indies also find themselves with a new captain Rovaman Powell leading the line. The team win the first game of the series which was reduced to 11 overs. West Indies then went on to score the highest-ever total in T20s only to be beaten an inning later. The batsman is in prime form and this west indies side looks like a very different team in the T20s. Johnson Charles was the star of the show with his bat in the previous game with 118 runs in 46 balls. West Indies have played well despite the defeat in the last game. With some improvement in bowling, they can win the series.
