Mike de Decker vs Jeff Smith Prediction: An entertaining match ahead

Mike de Decker won three events on the PDC Development Tour in 2015, including two in 2015 and one in 2016. Additionally, in 2016, he was awarded a PDC Tour Card. After failing to maintain it through the end of 2017, De Decker was forced to go without a Tour Card for the following two years. During that time, he primarily competed on the Development Tour, the Challenge Tour, and the occasional European Tour.
