Gambia vs Mali Prediction: Mali will win again

On Tuesday, for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifications, Gambia and Mali will meet for the second time in only four days at the Stadium Mohamed V in Casablanca, Morocco. 

Gambia is currently in last place with three points, and if they continue to struggle here, their prospects of competing in the final tournament in Ivory Coast will likely decrease even further. With his 44th international appearance for Gambia, experienced defender Omar Colley has a chance to overcome Pa Modou Jagne and become the country's all-time leading appearance maker. The Gambia have not been victorious in any of their last three matches across all competitions; the country's most recent victory was against Guinea Bissau in August 2022.

Kamory Doumbia and Adama Traore scored for the Eagles of Mali during their match against each other the previous week, which resulted in a 2-0 victory for Mali in Bamako.
