Eibar vs Girona Prediction: Betting on Eibar's fourth win

The first match between the Basques and the Catalans ended in a narrow victory for Eibar. Now, the Gunners need only a draw to qualify for the play-offs. However, something tells us that the Basques will do everything in their power to win at home.

Eibar had a very quality first-round against Girona. Eibar had only 34% of the game time but had ten shots on goal, five on target, and scored once. The Eibar coaching staff was now free to choose their tactics for the forthcoming encounter. It is worth noting that Eibar had the best home statistics in the Segunda regular season, with 14 wins in 21 games, five draws, and two defeats on a 35:19 goal difference.

Girona had a weak home game. For the entire match, Girona's players shot on target only once in a total of 12 shots on goal while possessing 66% of the time. The result was weak, resulting in a dry loss. Now, the Catalans need an away win, preferably by two goals or more, to continue their fight. Girona's out record was only the seventh in the Segunda.
