Schalke vs Bayern M Prediction: Bayern needs a win

Saturday's pool in round 15 of the German Bundesliga will end with a clash between Schalke and Bayern. Bayern is logically the favourite in the pairing, even despite the field factor.

Bayern has a 9-match winning streak, which started with the match against Viktoria. That allowed them to return to the top spot in the domestic league standings. Before the start of the 15th round, the Reds are already four points ahead of the unbeaten Union. In total, after 14 games, Bayern has 31 points. Their record is also +4=2-1, 21:7 goal difference, and 14 points.

Let's not forget that the forthcoming Bundesliga tour is the last one before the break for the 2022 World Cup. Bayern needs a win to keep their handicap against their nearest pursuers, which means they'll win. However, we doubt it will be very productive.
