Napoli vs Sampdoria Prediction: What should we expect from this encounter?

Napoli is coming to the end of a triumphant season, but slowly the joy is giving way to anxiety as there are serious concerns about the club's future. Of course, Luciano Spalletti's side is the clear favorite for the upcoming clash. The mentor needs to succeed in his last game at the head of the Sky Blue, and they have not failed to beat the Magpies in their previous seven encounters.

Napoli is the highest-scoring team in Serie A at the end of the 2022/23 season. They have scored 75 goals (2.03 goals per game on average) in 37 games played, which is very high for such a long distance, but they need to improve their winning percentage in this final fixture. The fact is that Sampdoria has the worst defense in the Italian league and will therefore be unlikely to perform well in Naples.
