Israel vs Kosovo Prediction: Too Early for the Visitors to Fight

Israel has never qualified for the continental championships. The closest they came was in 2000, but they lost to the Danes in the qualifying matches (0:8 on agg.), missing out on a ticket to the Euro 2020. Since then, their results have gone down, and in qualification for the World Cup 2022, they took only third place. The last official matches the Israelis played in the Nations League went well. In the four meetings, they won twice and drew twice, taking first place in the group and moving to the strongest division.

The Kosovo team recently began participating in major international championship qualifiers. So far, all previous attempts have been unsuccessful, but they are not discouraged, again qualifying for Euro 2024. In the selection for the World Cup, the Kosovans were in a very competitive group, so they could not fight for a ticket. The Boys played their last official meetings in the next Nations League, ending second in the quartet after the Greeks, remaining in the third strongest division.

The teams were placed in a nice group, having a chance of making it to Euro 2024. Nevertheless, we have no reason to expect a close confrontation, as they can't play defensively. This is confirmed by the statistics, as the last eight matches involving the Israelis scored 32 goals (4.00 average) every time it was a TO. 

If we talk about the favorite, the chances should be greater for the Israelis. They will play at their home stadium Bloomfield, where they traditionally play well and productively. In their seven home games, the Blues and Whites have earned 14 points out of a possible 21 (67%). It is still too early for the Kosovans to compete with such a strong and skilled opponent.
