I was using betway for years without a problem, I deposited £200 and put £120 of football bets on and next thing I get a message saying my account is locked and they would not tell me why. So I can't get my money back let alone the money I've spent over the years. Why didn't they lock my account when I hadn't put money in. Most of the time there is no money in my account.

I would be ok with this if it were true but there has been no appointed president elect and was told by their online support that their “senior team decided the outcome and the decision is final. ” I am completely appalled by this. I thought this site was really good for betting until I tried to withdraw. After one day they said my withdraw was paid and sent me an email but I never received the interac transfer and their customer service is no help.

It's now 11 days since the US election was called for Joe Biden and Betway are still refusing to settle bets. All other major UK bookmakers have long since settled. They have continuously changed their story as to when they will settle and their support offers only vague excuses and copypaste answers that mean nothing. How can an allegedly solvent, major bookmaker behave this way? It is impossible to have any trust in Betway after this experience and I don't know if we will ever see our winning bets paid out.
