I set up an account to put a bet on the virtual grand national. There is £10 in my account but now I cannot log in. Tried to retrieve log in details but doesn't work and there is no way to contact anyone for help as you have to log in to get help. grrr

It is very difficult to withdraw your money. Customer service is neither responsive nor humane. Inevitably, the impression is that they do everything not to transfer money. Not recommended under any circumstances.
