I recently started with Betway and was very happy to deal with for initial days, which continued with a verification process, respecting to the policies have shared all required documents and finally after a follow up of 2-3 days the account got activated but the *Balance available(1000+) during this process got vanished and there is no response from Betway to my emails. Very much disappointed there's no one to take ownership to resolve the issue

It takes forever to process a simple withdrawal.. what's wrong with you Betway I have regretted depositing my money in the first place Has anyone ever withdrawn money from this company?

Its been more than 36 hours since I withdrew my money, and in the transaction history it shows that is paid, but the money isn't added to my bank account. I opted bank transfer as the withdrawal option.

I think dodgy app. if not prove that I submitted request to withdraw my money. All documents been verified and they haven’t withdrawn yet.

I spoke to 10 people about my withdrawal situation and all of em didn’t even try to help at all. He or she was the only one trying to take the extra step n it got resolved. Everyone else sounded like a broken record talking about we can do nothing on our end because the never tryed to. NIKESH IS A REAL ONE AND I DONT EVEN KNOW THE PERSON

I've been a loyal customer for years and years now and first they imposed a limet of 100 a month after winning and playing there new games I asked how much have I spent they said 175 this was all from a 15 deposite and thought nothing of it then I asked what my total win 42 pounds I said thank you and whent on 2 times after that deposited 15 ponds to log in today and my account been blocked saying some slander saying I can't affo rs it so it's been blocked if I couldnt afford it I would have withdrew. The winnings no played on new machines the cheeky bunch

Its has very worst customer support I deposited money through bank transfer it's been almost 10 days over still no money in my gaming wallet or returned to my account and even no response from betway..... very bad experience I hate betway

It's amazing they can sponsor football teams and whole race meetings but have to be the biggest joke in bookmaking circles Got my account not only limited but closed. Looking at the reviews below at least people at waking up to how bad they are And don't ask for me to reply to the private message you send. What's the point you've closed my account

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on here but a very positive experience. Won £750 on thurs evening and made a withdrawal. It was in my bank by Friday evening. Choice of games slightly limited but other than that all good.
