Arantech has opened two offices in Japan and Australia to support sales activities for its customer experience management solution and to expand its partnership programs. The new team has already signed a major deal with a tier one mobile operator in Japan and is in discussions with a number of other mobile operators across Asia, Australia and New Zealand .
Alan Daly has been appointed as sales director for the Asia-Pacific region and currently has a team of four people, which is expected to increase rapidly by the end of the year.
