China Telecom has appointed Ke Ruiwen as and executive director and EVP of the company.
He replaces Zhang Chenshuang, who retired in March.
Ke is VP of China Telecom and has 26 years of operational and managerial experience in the telecoms industry in China, holding senior executive positions at China Telecom’s provincial subsidiaries.
