Xstream has opened its Singapore office, which will serve as the central hub for Xstream’s business development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Bob Morrison, who will serve as director of Xstream Asia-Pacific, will head the company’s regional operations.

Xstream differentiates itself from the other players in the cloud video market with MediaMaker Loading Dock, a management tool designed to solve complex challenges in the content supply chain. It also offers client-dedicated teams and 24/7 support.

“Since the company launched in 1999, Xstream has pursued and focused on being an innovative and agile service provider,” said Jan Dahms, CSO at Xstream.

“We are excited to open a new office in the Asia-Pacific region and look forward to helping telcos, operators and media companies across the region to make the most of their video assets by increasing reach, time to market, driving more engagement and reduce churn,” said Dahms.
