BroadSoft has purchased Sylantro Systems, extending its leadership in the VoIP applications space.
Since Sylantro has been a strong competitor of BroadSoft for 10 years, the company says the acquisition further advances its market and innovative leadership position.
BroadSoft plans to support Sylantro's Synergy platform through its direct sales force and authorized Sylantro and BroadSoft partners.
The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
