OSS/BSS vendor cVidya has launched its new Integrated Revenue Intelligence Solutions (IRIS) suite.
The new solution adds fraud management and margin analytics tools acquired with the purchase of ECtel in January, cVidya said.
The product allows users to identify and reclaim revenue leakages, identify fraud patterns, manage relationships between service providers and their dealers, analyze and optimize price margins and profitability and manage disputes with B2B partners and wholesale providers.
The vendor said it has over 130 customers and counting.
