cVidya Networks has extended its product portfolio to cover fraud management and marketing analytics solutions, after the company's $21 million acquisition of Ectel.

The revenue intelligence solutions provider is showcasing its range of products at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Alon Aginsky, cVidya's president and CEO, said the company now services 132 telecom and media customers worldwide, and employs 300 professionals in 18 locations.

“The acquisition of ECtel boosts the scale of the business, making cVidya a one-stop shop for revenue intelligence solutions,” Technology Research Institute research director Dan Baker said.
