element14’s business is driven by multi-channel sales of its product portfolio, which features over 130,000 electronic components.
The company wanted to offer its customers greater convenience by extending the availability of information via the mobile channel, and selected a solution that would help them achieve this aim.
Following the implementation, element14 customers will receive the pricing, stock level and other details of specific components by simply making an SMS query from their mobile phones.
