Ontology Systems has released OSS/CAD 2.0, the updated version of the company\'s semantics and ontology-based service management application that uses virtual unified service modeling to deliver overall BSS/OSS data integrity and alignment, service impact and fault prioritization, and SLA impact analysis to service providers.
Unlike the earlier version 1.0, this new release also provides users with a Service Impact Analysis OntoPack and the OSS/CD Modeler development tool.
