CSG Systems International said QTEL-owned Tunisiana chose and implemented its CSG Interconnect settlement product.
The implementation is meant to streamline Tunisiana’s operational processes across its business, improve revenues, reduce costs and better optimize cash flow.
CSG Interconnect will allow Tunisiana to consolidate and manage all of its partner agreements from a single platform, allowing the provider to better leverage competitive rates, minimize disputes, and reduce potential leakage.
Tunisiana, which now has more than 5 million active subscribers, wants to become the largest private primary operator in the Tunisia telecommunications market.
