Comptel has launched version 6 of its convergent mediation solution, which now includes a number of new functionalities.
The new features include a web 2.0-based next generation business logic development environment, a record correction tool, and enhanced support for revenue assurance and corporate governance reporting.
The new business logic development environment provides an intuitive means to visualize and edit the business logic that controls how data usage should be handled. The record correction tool defines the rules that control how to process incorrect or incomplete data records that will otherwise have been rejected.
Apart from providing in-depth business intelligence information to service providers and improving their ability to identify revenue leaks, the solution also helps them to comply with corporate governance regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
