Virgin Mobile Australia has contracted Intec to provide enhanced professional services support for the vendor's charging and customer care platform.
Virgin Australia, a subsidiary of SingTel Optus, has used Intec's Singl.eView suite since its inception in 2000.
Under the two-year agreement, Intec will now also provide maintenance support for the platform.
